I purchased the SMOOTH BLACK NAPPA LEATHER AND SILVER CROSS BRACELET and was sent a different bracelet, the one they send me was the BLACK NAPPA BRAIDED LEATHER, which I was thinking of buying and it was also more expensive. I was very happy with the bracelet they send, apparently the Smooth Black Nappa leather bracelet was out of stock......I look forward to purchasing other bracelets in the future.
I ordered the wrong size. Forziani was great about sending me a larger size. The reason for four stars is that the second bracelet they sent me looked to have been worn. There were small, but noticeable scratches on the clasp. Normally, I wouldn’t be concerned but this does have a large clasp.
I purchased this bracelet for my son. He said it is very comfortable. I am going to order more from this company as the quality of this bracelet is really wonderful!
About 6 t0 7 weeks after purchase, the elastic string strung through the beads started to shred, leaving small black threads and knots visible between them. When the string finally broke I contacted Forziani and was told that the string should not have broke so soon after purchase (When I purchased the bracelet, I expected that it would not break. Period.), and to send it back to them to have it rethreaded. It has been almost two weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I don't even know if they received it.
I am impressed with the quality of the items I purchased. I have recommended this merchandise to friends!
