I ordered the Triton Men’s Stainless Steel chain necklace. Was a little disappointed in the finish. I was expecting a smooth finish and the necklace is a patterned “diamond” like finish. I have contacted customer service regarding a possible exchange about a week ago and have not received any communication from the company. I like the chain (except the finish) and the initial service was excellent, however, I am disappointed in the follow up. I’m hoping to hear from them soon.

Their customer service is to be admired. I wish more companies would take their customers seriously like Forzaini. I had a problem with the item they sent me. They investigated the manufacturer and made quick remediations. I really appreciate their dedication to providing a quality product.

Is is nice enaugh to be warred. If you use your hand violently, it might come off cause of the light magnet. The glue for the metal pieces it is not strong enaugh because i had to re-glue both metal pieces that are connected at the end of the leather bracelet.
