About Mala Beads
Mala Beads are used worldwide as a powerful tool in self healing and meditation. Their origin lies in the Buddhist Way of Life, which lays emphasis on victory over self and controlling your own mind and thoughts as a powerful tool for energy balance. Malas are like rosaries handcrafted with 108 beads, a number considered auspicious in ancient scripts and each bead helps to count the repetition of a mantra or repeat an intention. For using as an aid in Meditation, move through the Mala one bead at a time. The large bead, also known as the guru bead, helps to keep track. When you reach the guru bead, stop, reverse direction, and start again.

Ebony Wood Beads
Ebony wood is one of densest, strongest woods and has historically been used to make Samurai swords. It is said to bring confidence and strength to wearer with qualities of self worth and patience.
You can use a measuring tape to measure your wrist. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your FORZIANI bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 0.50 inch. You can then add or subtract according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit. Below is a picture on how to measure your wrist.
